Who are we looking for?

Right now we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our amazing team in Kortrijk. This role plays an integral function in all internal and external customer support needs in the pre-sale, sale and post-sale customer life cycle.

Are you the one?

  • A Bachelor’s degree level
  • 2+ years’ experience in Technical Service roles
  • Willing to travel on a regular basis (30%) in Europe.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, eager to learn
  • A flexible attitude, but you are also a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision by consistently taking the initiative to get things done.
  • Fluent in English and basic French. Any other language is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, result oriented and a sense of responsibility.
  • A problem solving attitude and aptitude.
  • Affinity with technology/software
