Will Sapphire work with all the forklifts in my fleet?
Yes. Sapphire is designed to be brand-agnostic and works with any make or model of forklift. Our plug-and-play installation ensures seamless integration across mixed fleets.
Is it difficult to install? Will it interrupt our operations?
Not at all. Most installs take less than an hour per machine and can be done with minimal disruption. There’s no wire cutting or machine tampering—your warranties stay intact.
Will my team need a lot of training?
We provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training. From day one, you’ll get a dedicated support team to walk you through every feature—remotely or on-site.
How secure is my data?
Extremely secure. GemOne Cloud is hosted on robust, encrypted infrastructure. Only authorised users can access your fleet data, and we comply with industry best practices on data protection.
What if I need help after installation?
